You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time within the UK is 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are provided as estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Rates

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, which is clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Any applicable shipping fees are calculated automatically based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information, if applicable.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.

7. Delivery Address and Responsibility

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete details.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for re-delivery costs.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If you believe your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@kiddiplanet.co.uk with your order number.
We will assist in investigating the issue with the courier. However, we cannot be held liable for delays or losses caused by third-party delivery services.
