1. Overview
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through KiddiPlanet (“we”, “us”, “our”) via our official website.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date you received your order, provided that:
- The product has not been used, handled, or damaged;
- The item remains unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition;
- All accessories, manuals, and original labels are included.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Return Authorisation
Before sending any item back, you must contact our customer service team to request a return authorisation.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
To request a return, please contact us at hello@kiddiplanet.co.uk with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
4. Return Shipping Costs
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to:
- Refuse the return; or
- Return the item to you at your expense.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and a description of the issue.
We will review your claim and may offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
